Free Shipping

BEACH BUNGALOW CLOTHING offers FREE standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the continental United States. Orders under $75 are charged a flat standard shipping fee of $6.99.

Note: Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for the free shipping promotion. Standard shipping rates apply regardless of order total.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on federal holidays are processed the next business day.

Handling Time

All orders require 1–2 business days of handling time after the order cut-off for payment verification, quality check, and packaging. During peak seasons (Black Friday, holiday periods), handling may extend to 2–3 business days.

Estimated Delivery by Shipping Method

Total estimated delivery time = Handling Time + Shipping Time. The table below shows the full estimated time from order placement to delivery at your door.

* Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays. Delivery estimates begin from the day the order is dispatched, not the day it is placed.

Tax Policy

We do not charge sales tax. You pay 0% sales tax ($0.00) on every order, in all U.S. states.

Order Tracking

Immediately after checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. Once your order ships, you will receive a separate email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation. You can also track your order on our Track My Order page.

Alaska & Hawaii

Standard shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available for an additional surcharge. Express and Overnight shipping are not available for these locations. Delivery times may vary (typically 7–14 business days from dispatch).

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. BEACH BUNGALOW CLOTHING is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If you realize you have entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at [email protected] — we will do our best to help if the order has not shipped yet.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is reported lost by the carrier, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, when applicable, send a replacement at no additional charge.
