30-Day Return Window

We want you to love your BEACH BUNGALOW CLOTHING purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

• Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
• In original, unworn, unwashed condition
• With all original tags still attached
• In original packaging (if possible)
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Customized or personalized items
• Items marked as "Final Sale"
• Accessories that have been worn or used
• Items returned after 30 days of delivery

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fee. Returns that meet the eligibility conditions above are refunded in full.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
2. We will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 1–2 business days
3. Attach the free prepaid return label we provide and drop the package off at any carrier location
4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 10 business days

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is free. We include a prepaid return label with your return instructions for all eligible returns — you pay nothing to send an item back.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? We are happy to process an exchange as long as the item is in stock. Contact us at [email protected] to get started. Exchanges are not subject to a restocking fee provided the item meets return eligibility conditions.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a defective item or we sent the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement at no cost to you — no need to return the original item in most cases.
